Return & Exchange

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason,  we're here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
· Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
· Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
· Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1. Login to our online link portal (smithoom.myshopify.com) using your account and password
2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order, fill in the return/exchange request
3. Print the return/exchange request label after giving the return address, please put the return/exchange reuqest label into the original package.
4. Send all items back to us with original package, you will be notified via email once your parcel arrive.

How long does it take to process my return?
Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3-5 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
